Mayo Otso Flowers & Events offers flower delivery across the UAE, mainly in Dubai and Sharjah, subject to order confirmation, delivery schedules, and service availability.

Delivery Areas

We currently serve locations across the UAE, with primary coverage in Dubai and Sharjah. Some areas may require additional lead time or delivery charges.

Same-Day Delivery

Same-day delivery may be available for selected orders, subject to:

• flower availability

• delivery location

• operational capacity

Same-day delivery is not guaranteed until confirmed directly by our team.

Delivery Timing

Delivery windows are estimates and may vary depending on location, traffic, weather, public holidays, building access, and recipient availability.

Recipient Availability

Customers are responsible for providing accurate recipient details, including:

• full name

• contact number

• complete address

• building or unit details where relevant

If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, we may:

• leave the flowers with reception, security, or another responsible person where appropriate

• contact the sender or recipient for further instructions

• attempt re-delivery, which may involve an additional fee

Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information, restricted access, force majeure, or events beyond our reasonable control.

Delivery Condition

Flowers should be handled promptly upon delivery and kept in appropriate conditions. Once delivery has been completed to the provided address or authorized recipient, responsibility passes to the customer or recipient.
